We cannot say enough about Wendy. She is a fantastic person and realtor! She made us feel as if we were her only client. She was always available and very responsive, even answering our calls well after normal working hours. She listened closely to our list of must haves, wants and wishes in a new home and focused our limited time house hunting to only those that met our requirements. She worked tirelessly on our behalf and made the entire home search and purchase process smooth and easy. No small feat as we were moving from out-of-state to Florida. She was there for us every step of the way. Many, many thanks to Wendy, as we are now happily in our new home.

Wendy Ross is a Rock Star! I've known her since 2013 as a business colleague, but not until recently did I need her services when my 84 year old mother needed to relocate from California to Florida. In less then 4 days, Wendy had not only found the perfect home for her, but had the contract accepted. She walked us through all the inspections and made sure that it closed on time. Wendy is a unicorn in the realty world!! I cannot even being to describe how amazing she is. I would almost buy and sell again just to be able to work with her!! When we started the process she came out and picked apart our house. She gave me MONTHS of work to do before putting the house on the market. But once we did, we were under contract in THREE DAYS! On the purchasing end, we fell in love with the third house we saw. It was a long shot since we'd be buying with a contingency on selling our old home, but Wendy gave us the advice to write a personal letter to the seller. He chose us as buyers based completely on that letter! While under two contracts Wendy and Melissa were by our sides the entire time helping us navigate all of the paperwork on both sides of the deal. And, miraculously, Wendy was able to move up the closing on our new home by two weeks!! I should also mention this was all done in the midst of a global pandemic!! All that to say, if you need realty magic, Wendy is the one to call. She has been a part of our family for a while (she helped us buy our first home and was one of the first people who knew we were pregnant with our first child)!! We all absolutely adore her and would recommend her enthusiastically to anyone!!

We worked with Wendy when we originally bought the house and we asked her to help us sell it when the time came. She does and outstanding job and I am convinced she is the reason we were able to get the price we were looking for.

We selected Wendy Ross to handle the sale of our house because of her impeccable reputation and her track record of selling homes in our community. And we were not disappointed! Wendy made several recommendations regarding pre-inspection, pre-appraisal, and staging, which we did. She also helped us make an informed decision about the listing price. The photos of the house, video, and marketing materials were top-notch and generated a tremendous amount of interest as soon as the property hit the market. End result? We had a cash offer in 7 days! I'm not certain we can say enough about Wendy Ross! We are relocating from Northern Virginia to Florida, and from the first phone call with Wendy, we knew we were in good hands. We were looking for a second home in the Tampa area and did not wish to retain an agent at that time. Wendy made such a good impression on us that we asked for her help. She found (very quickly!) just the right property for us. She worked well with the seller and seller's agent and attended to every detail. The contract and closing process were problem free. Wendy must be one of your best agents and is a credit to your company! 

Working with Wendy was wonderful, in fact we gave her a nickname - Wendy Wow! She has a very pleasant personality, is knowledgable, caring and very responsive. Moving from  out of state, things were very different, so we had tons of questions, and all were answered without hesitation. We would definitely give her a call if we ever have need of her services again.
