With her knowledge, Wendy was able to help us seamlessly navigate our experience through the listing of our house, to the sale of our house to the purchase of a new home. Wendy was extremely knowledgeable about the market and held my hand through the whole process. She explained in detail the new rules that are in effect for realtors, and wanted to ensure I understood the process. She gave me solid advice on recent sales in my area and how to get the best price for my condominium. I was able to sign the documents early and the final one remotely.
